The Short Film Agency’s new online shop now for the first time offers film fans the opportunity to add selected short films to their collection via download. In spite of the large number of international DVD compilations offered in our mail order shop there are still successful short films that have not been released on a DVD compilation. This gap will now be closed by the Short Film Agency’s DVD Download Shop.

The customer burns the downloaded DVD image file onto a blank DVD and can view the short film of his choice instantly on his computer or on a TV with a DVD player attached. A PDF file with the DVD cover and label for print out is included as well. For a detailed description of the download and burning procedures please follow the instructions link.

It is a conscious choice to offer the short films from our download catalogue without any copy protection. We want to guarantee the compatibility with as much DVD players as possible and we believe in our customers’ respect for the works of art.

The online shop is aimed at international customers. Therefore German language films from our catalogue have additional English subtitles while films in the English language are offered in their original versions without subtitles. All other international productions are offered with English subtitles. Every download film costs 3.00 Euro.

With the relaunch of the Short Film Shop the customer is now given information about festival screenings & awards for each title, is able to read reviews (if available), and can get a first impression of the short film in question thanks to the trailers in the DVD download section.

The mail order and DVD download sections of the Short Film Agency’s online shop are constantly being expanded.
